Return & Refund Policy

At VarietyNana, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help. Please review the policy below for details regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• Unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received
• In the original packaging (including any accessories, inserts, and seals)
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or are missing original packaging components.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Opened or used products
• Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
• Gift cards
• Free gifts or promotional items
• Any product damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the case and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.


How to Start a Return

To begin a return request, please contact our customer support team at:

Please include your order number and the reason for your return so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
• VarietyNana is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you through email.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement (depending on your bank or payment provider)

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except when the return is caused by our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period:
• Check your bank account again
• Contact your credit card company (processing times vary)
• Contact your bank (refund posting delays are common)

If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@varietynana.com.


Order Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
• If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it
• If your order has already shipped, it will need to follow the standard return process


Return Address

All returns must be authorized before being sent. A return shipping label provided by VarietyNana is required prior to returning any items.
