Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
During high-volume periods (such as promotions, holidays, or product launches), processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimated and begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.

Typical delivery timeframes may include:
• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping (when available): 2–5 business days

Please note: Delivery estimates may vary based on your location, customs clearance (if applicable), and carrier delays outside of our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (if available).
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to many regions worldwide. Availability of shipping destinations and shipping methods may vary depending on your location.

If shipping to your location is not available at checkout, please contact our support team for assistance.


International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, please note:
• International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by your country.
• These charges are not included in the purchase total and are the responsibility of the customer.
• Customs processing may cause additional delivery delays beyond our estimated shipping times.


Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
VarietyNana is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is marked undeliverable:

• You may be responsible for re-shipping fees
• Refunds (if applicable) will exclude shipping costs

If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, VarietyNana is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, we recommend:
• Checking with household members or neighbors
• Looking around the delivery area
• Contacting the carrier directly for additional details

If you believe your package is missing, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim where possible.


Shipping Delays

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other logistical issues.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our reasonable control, but we will always do our best to support you in tracking your shipment.


Returns Related to Shipping

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a VarietyNana error (such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product).
